Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized envelopes
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
  • Sale or discounted products

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos as proof.

Refunds:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
